What Pixel Pup stores about server members, and why. Last updated 2026-09-30.
Pixel Pup logs messages sent in this server — content, author, channel, and timestamp — so it can hold a
conversation with context, answer questions about earlier discussion, and power features like
/compatibility. This is not limited to messages that mention
the bot. There is currently no automatic deletion of old message logs.
When you chat with the bot, it can save short notes about you (things you've said, preferences, context) to give more personal, relevant replies later. These notes are searchable by meaning, not just recency, and are stored per-user.
/setriotid links your Riot ID and stores your Valorant match history,
rank, and stats (via Riot's public API) so the bot can build rank cards, leaderboards, and AI coaching
reports. /linkpalworld links a Palworld character the same way, for
Pals/base/inventory lookups.
XP/leveling progress, and moderation history (warnings, mutes, kicks, bans issued through the bot) are stored per-user, per-server.
Logging into the web dashboard uses Discord OAuth. We only receive your Discord identity and server membership to confirm access — no password is ever seen or stored by us.
There's no self-serve delete command yet. If you'd like your logged messages, AI memory, or linked accounts removed, contact a server admin and they can have it deleted directly from the database.
